DELIVERIES

Peninsular orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days from the time we receive them. You will be notified by email when we send your order. From this moment on, the delivery time will be 2 to 3 working days in the Peninsula area. The delivery of orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands or International will take between 6 to 8 working days. Please note that AROMALABORATORY is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on international shipments, these are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office regarding the regulations that may apply to your purchase.

RETURNS

Our orders are packaged to order, so we are sorry to inform you that we do not accept exchanges or refunds. We advise you to read the return policy for exceptional cases. We also recommend that you immediately check the status of your order when it is received.

TAXES

All our prices include VAT (21%).

If you wish to receive an invoice, you can indicate it to us at the time of purchase in the space reserved for order notes together with your email and your NIF (Special Instructions for Sellers).

ARE OUR ENVIRONMENTAL FRAGRANCES NATURAL AND ECOLOGICAL?

Yes, all our fragrances and cosmetics are natural and organically grown. They are manufactured in small productions under the precepts of aromatherapy. They do not contain parabens, phthalates, sulfates, musketones, or synthetic parfum. They do not contain any coloring or artificial preservatives. They are not tested on animals.

HOW NATURE MODULATES OUR FRAGRANCES

Our raw materials from the distillation of aromatic plants are 100% natural and chemotyped. Weather conditions: rain, wind, sun ... and other characteristics related to organic farming (without pesticides) affect the color, density, transparency, etc... of the fragrances. Likewise, there can be fluctuations in the prices of our products depending on the vintages and harvests of the raw materials.

WHAT IS AROMATHERAPY?

Aromatherapy deals with the use of Essencial oils that come from the distillation of plants for therapeutic and perfumery purposes. Considered natural jewels, the essential oils used in the formulation of our fragrances provide comfort, health, emotional and mental balance.

Following the creation of your Aromatic Identity, we offer you the possibility of distributing the exclusive Environmental Fragrance in a format to be sold to your clients. We use the best raw materials from biological cultivation so that your environmental fragrance is of excellent quality and responds to environmental health principles.
